We are a small salon, and our appointments can fill up in advance. Because of this we ask that our clients be courteous and give a minimum of 24 hours' notice if they need to amend, cancel or reschedule their appointment.

Last minute cancellations/ rescheduling of appointments and No shows for appointments greatly affect our small business and therefore would like to avoid these as best we can. We are able to offer these times to other clients if sufficient notice is given.

Rescheduling and Cancelling

We do send out courtesy confirmation email and/or text 3 days and 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you need to cancel/ reschedule or change what services you have booked in for this can be done without charge with more than 24 hrs notice.

Any cancellation less than 24 hrs or Not attending an appointment without notice may incur a fee of the booked services.

No other appointment will be booked in until this fee has been paid. 

Regular Rescheduling of appointments last minute will result in appointments needing to be prepaid.

By booking a appointment you are agreeing to terms and conditions with our cancellation policy.

Gift Vouchers

Cancellations under 24 hrs or No shows with gift voucher treatments, the voucher will be treated as being fully redeemed.

Launch Offers

Single, 3 pack and 6 pack offers can be booked in at any time which is convenient for the client using the online booking system, however all Treatments must be finalised and completed by 31st March 2025. There will be no extensions unless discussed and agreed with Therapist.

Appointment Times

For all new clients we ask for you to arrive to your appointment 5 minutes prior to your appointment to complete any outstanding paperwork that may be required. This also ensures that there is sufficient time for a full consultation. Any late arrivals will affect treatment times and result in shorter hands on treatments.
